Description
Appearance (and maybe other application/preflet), when selecting the Italian language, is wrongly localized in French.

Removed the bogus catalog as of hrev35520. I will add a proper translation when available.

Actually, it looks like the it.catkeys for appearance... is fr.catkeys. And there is no available translation on hta... If someone make a translation I'll replace the file.
