page_writer 100% CPU

Description

When compiling the haiku source the page_writer use all the CPU power. Memory is not fully used ~260 of 512 Mb. After compiling some few files, which takes very long, haiku becomes unresponsive. When going into KDL the page_writer mostly is locking the PageCacheLocker. My machine: thinkpad T40 512 Mb 1.5GHz, Rev 35425.

Set the priority of the page writer to 1 helps and the system works quit normal, maybe this is a hint.
