Keyboard shortcut: tile open windows

For the current desktop, the should be an ability to sort the open windows in a tiled fashion. This would be activated by a keyboard shortcut. Possibly Ctr-Cmd-Scroll Lock or some similar keystroke. See the ​attached image.

Thanks, this makes it much clearer. I would prefer if this would be a temporary effect, only, though, similar to what MacOS X does, but that might be just me, and both could be implemented.
