Description
After half a day of struggling trying to create a "Haiku USB Stick" from Vista, I've finally discovered it should be done in a console running with Administrative Privileges. Therefore, I think it would be nice if you could include this information in your Guide article. That would make it easier for some people not to get discouraged by such obstacles when trying to test Haiku :)
Should you need details on how to do that, the console should be started using a modified procedure: StartMenu->Run..->type "cmd"->right click on "cmd.exe"->Run as Administrator
When running from a console without Administrative Privileges, dd does not display "Partition0"-style paths. It does also display a smaller number after having finished writing the image (when used properly, it displayed "600+0" on my computer when done).
Will update the guide, thanks!
