Description

vim 7.2 is now available as an optional package ​Vim.

Is there any reason to keep it in ​src/bin/vim ?

IIRC, the optional package contains numerous enhancements over the version in svn.

#2887 is speaking about the same thema. o, probably one of them can be closed anyway.
