#5566 closed bug (fixed)

PANIC: vm_page_fault: unhandled page fault in kernel space at 0xdeadc03b, ip 0x810180cd

Reported by: jstressman Owned by: axeld
Priority: normal Milestone: R1
Component: Network & Internet/Stack Version: R1/Development
Keywords: Cc: ttcoder
Blocked By: Blocking: #11434
Has a Patch: no Platform: All

Description

Went to sleep, left Haiku hrev35808 (gcc4hybrid) running in Virtualbox 3.1.4.

Woke up to a KDL. Attaching a screenshot of the KDL backtrace and the syslog I grabbed after I restarted.

I'm guessing the crash was at or after the line

2010-03-12 19:07:30 KERN: slab memory manager: created area 0xda000000 (6139)

as the next line after that is from when I rebooted when I woke up.

Resolution: fixed
Status: newclosed

Probably fixed by the net_stack changes; at least I haven't seen this in VirtualBox with ipro1000 in quite some time.
