[Tracker] when you copy some file to clipboard tracker changes selection

Select some file in tracker and press alt+c to copy it to clipboard. Notice that this file is not selected anymore.

I looked into that one a few months ago without success. The file(s) are still in the clipboard though, in other words, an alt-v will copy what you've selected.

I guess that's just how the original implementor thought it should be. At least in copy mode, it's indeed a bit strange, though.
