Remove allussion to BeOS CD in Mail app message or the message altogether

The Mail app has the following error message that alludes to the BeOS CD:

"The spell check feature requires the optional "words" file on your BeOS CD."

Looking at...

...it seems as if this message should not popup anymore after hrev22111.

If that is the case and as a result the message is not needed anymore, then it should be removed.

However, if the message should remain because it is still used under other situations, then the allusion to the BeOS CD should be removed and/or replaced with a message that is in line with what the user is expected to do in such situations.
