new window option and close app option missing from leaf menu

When I close a window in an application, for example Seamonkey, the app nests below the leaf. Clicking on the app gives no window open. The option should be new window.

Unless I exit the app from within the application, the app will nest and the only way to get rid of it is to cntrl alt del and kill app.

option in leaf menu should be exit.

This is an issue in SeaMonkey. You could report the issue at OSDrawer.net, but I honestly do not expect anyone to step up to fix it.
