Could there be a very basic page about it? Basically to mention that it's powered by WebKit and is heavily in development.

I don't think Web+ is in a stable (as in feature complete) state to start a user guide page for it. You'd constantly have to rewrite when e.g. new shortcuts are added, the downloads window changes or new settings or other features are implemented.
I'd say we postpone to at least alpha3.
