Add an IRC nickname field to the Contact info for website users

Description
Along with the YIM, AIM, ICQ, Website fields we could add an IRC nickname field in the Contact edit form. This could be resolved into an irc: url, in the form irc://irc.freenode.org/mmu_man,isnick so that IRC clients can query the user directly. It might also help people make the connection with real names and mismatches nicknames.

IRC nickname field added. Anything gimmicky fancier not likely to happen. ;)

Adding the field is straight forward. Though i'm not sure how to resolve it into the irc:// url form, so I'll pass on trying to implement that aspect.
