Network Preference crashes on Apply button on a system without network adapters

• Launch the networks preference
  
• hit the apply button

The initial issue is that without network device, no settings should be displayed and eventually applied in the first place ;-)

Another, more visual network preference is in the work under src/tests/kits/net/preflet, which won't have this kind of incoherency.

Yeah, I'm aware of the new development, I hope it gets integrated sooner than later. Maybe now that R1A2 is out, it can be integrated and it will get more attention. In the mean time, it is probably not so hard to fix this small issue. At least the Apply button should be disabled if there's nothing to apply... Unfortunately, I'm occupied this month, and the next...
