Location bar reverts URL when switching tabs

Description
When switching between tabs, the location bar should remember the URL you have typed, even if you have not started to load that page yet.
Reverting the URL when switching tabs is extremely annoying in any situation where you need to switch back and forth to copy or look up pieces of the URL.

Fixed in WebPositive hrev498, but new package needs to be uploaded before it arrives in Haiku nightlies.
