Description
Add ability to move tab on left border of window. Very useful with SAT. etc see attached picture.

This is already possible using a private look constant (kLeftTitledWindowLook if I remember correctly). However it is not currently compatible with Stack and Tile, and not accessible unless apps ask for it.
