Wrong positioned image on a website

Are these sort of mis-renderings correct to report here?
Go to ​http://www.forgoodreason.org/. The photo of the interview partner is incorrectly positioned, compared to with BeZilla. See attched two screenshots.

forgoodreason shows a problem with -webkit-transform: rotate. I'm not exactly sure what's happening, but in some cases the rotations ends up not drawing anything.

sberbank problem is with -webkit-transform: translateZ(0), which makes the divs with this style not draw at all.

sberbank problem will be fixed in the next release.

I still don't know what's wrong with forgoodreason. I'm not very interested in fixing this particular website that's already offline. Are there other pages with a similar problem?

The rendering issue on the archived version of forgoodreason.org is fixed in hrev49810 The sberbank.ru site unforunately doesn't display at all currently.
