Description
In BeOS the Vulcan Death Grip was Ctrl+Shift+Opt+Alt on PPC and Ctrl+Shift+Alt on PC.
This patch changes the current Shift+Opt+Alt (with or without Ctrl) to Ctrl+Shift+Alt (with or without Opt). This will work for the few users out there without Opt/Win keys.

AFAICT the shortcut never changed, and has always been like it is now. But I don't really care much anyway. There aren't many keyboards left without an option key, so I'm not sure it's worth it to take them into account here (it's not a function that should be used often).

Any thoughts on applying this patch to change the Deskbar's current Vulcan Death Grip of Shift+Opt+Alt to Ctrl+Shift+Alt (BeOS's x86 keystroke)?
Looking at the source, the current keystroke has been the same since it was first imported from OpenTracker.
