[BMenu] doesn't check for window close

For example open any folder in tracker ant click on File menu, now press Alt+W, window will close, but menu window will still be hanging there.

If you do it with DiskProbe, menu will close half a second after window close and DiskProbe will stay in deskbar until you kill it.

The original problem is gone, but apps still stays as zombie in Deskbar.

I could definitely reproduce it, but now it seems gone. If it still happens, might be related to the problem described in #594
