Cannot delete folder

Description

When I try to delete a folder, I have Tracker error like "There was an error deleting "ElementPath.pyo": No such file or directory". But this file isn't listed in Tracker. When I call "ls" command, I have error "cannot access ElementPath.pyo: Bad data". "rm" command cannot delete this file.

checkfs command: 

checkfs /boot     
plugins-04041e.dat (inode = 3148979), some blocks weren't allocated
