Description

This is hrev37040 with Web+ hrev515.

The Bookmarks shortcuts ALT+B and ALT-M don't work until one at least opens the Bookmarks menu once. E.g. start Web+ and hit ALT+M to open the Bookmarks folder. Doesn't work until you have popped up the Bookmarks menu once.
