hrev37154 trunk gcc4h

When moving any window with CTRL+ALT and Deskbar's Auto-raise option is enabled, Deskbar moves into it's different positions dependant on window movement direction. Disabling Auto-raise "fixes" this behaviour.

Confirmed. Also happens on gcc2h 37130
