Removing files while downloading stops all downloads

This is hrev37173, Web+ hrev515.

• Download at least two files. Get bigger ones to give you time while they're downloading, e.g. get episodes of the ​Skeptic's guide.
• Open the Downloads window.
• While they are downloading, put one of them into Trash.

--> All downloads stop, all icons are ghosted

When a download starts, do not start node monitoring the path while it is still
pointing to the containing folder. Fixes ticket #62.

No idea. Can't test with the site down... Maybe someone is running a rev >518 and see if it's related.
