Seems fixed in Web+ 527 and Haiku 37392. X512?

Web+ hrev526 has this bug. hrev527 build isn't available.

Hm, I don't understand what you mean here. Any highlighted text is orange and if the focus shifts, it's still orange albeit a little brighter. Perhaps you can illustrate the problem with a couple of screenshots? (Web+ 527 is available as an optional package, although listed in its About window as 526)

For example you can search "Add a comment" when find field have focus. Found selection isn't contrast. Need to use more contrast color when content haven't focus(or make selection outlined like Pe) or make content focused when search buttons pressed.

Well, the searched-for text is indeed highlighted but ok, I think I understand the main point now, it's a bit hard to spot. Thanks for explaining.

I agree it can be hard to spot, so I'll take this over. I'm not sure yet how I will fix it though. Safari's search is pretty nice and easy to spot, and it uses WebKit so doing something similar should be possible in Web+.

I fixed this in WebPositive r581 by making the selection color a much brighter orange.
