Description
- On the attachments page, the obsolete flag is not reflected - by intention?
- On the attachment page, the obsolete flag is not correctly initialized.
Assume you add an attachment, then mark it as obsolete. When now someone marks the attachment as a Patch, the Obsolete flag will be gone.

Concerning the first issue, the attachments are no longer shown struck-through on the ticket page either.

This one is the same as #6283
Fixed now.

The first issue seemed related to page caching settings: If I force-reload the page, the flag is there correctly. (So no, not by intention.)
