Small issues with the attachment flags

Description

  • On the attachments page, the obsolete flag is not reflected - by intention?
  • On the attachment page, the obsolete flag is not correctly initialized.

Assume you add an attachment, then mark it as obsolete. When now someone marks the attachment as a Patch, the Obsolete flag will be gone.

The second issue seemed related to page caching settings: If I force-reload the page, the flag is there correctly.

Concerning the first issue, the attachments are no longer shown struck-through on the ticket page either.
