We have a libfluidsynth, but without header available.. requiring downloading and building the lib... Haiku could provide the header by default

Well, I think like we already provide png, tiff and freetype headers, we could provide the ones from fluidsynth. Midi kit deserves a lot of attention, and we could start from here. There's a thousand of midi apps out of there waiting for port, that's using this lib. For me, I simply copy from my Haiku sources and place there.

fluidsynth_devel package is available now.
This lib isn't in /boot/develop/lib/x86/, it's not public. Why should we provide a header then ?
