Clockwerk crashes if closing but not saving a fresh new Playlist

Description

I can reproduce this on VirtualBox OSE (running on Ubuntu 10.04). I start Clockwerk up, then Playlist -> New, then Playlist -> Close. Pop up appears, asking to save or quit (or cancel), and both save and quit actually close window and pop up the error (...Clockwerk has encountered an error). Attached GDB output
