Description
CD Installer freeze/hang after showing an install window I noticed that usb mouse / touchpad not work [maybe driver hangs] as well while loading a installer from cd. Previous nightlies works
occurs on: hrev38307

I have the same problem. It helps to turn off ACPI. When you boot the CD hold down the shift key. Also need to disable ACPI at Haiku boot time from the hard disk.
Sometimes there is only a blue screen.
The problem occurs in Alpha3. In Alpha1 and 2 had no such a problem.

I don't know. I had to buy a router, to be able to use the internet in Haiku. Then I pulled out the wifi card - IRQ storm, see #8295. Probably, on some hardware configurations.

Yes. At that time I had this wifi card.

Assign tickets with status=closed and resolution=fixed within the R1/beta2 development window to the R1/beta2 Milestone
still present on: hrev38478 so booting from external DVD USB Drive is impossible
