tracker selection glitch on preferences change.

Description
To reproduce:
- open tracker
- open tracker preferences
- go to "Windows"
- check "outline selection rectangle only"
- drag a selection box in tracker
- go back to tracker preferences and uncheck "outline selection rectangle only"
- click back on tracker again.
A selection box will reappear as a graphic glitch (see 1st attached image). It will remain even as you try dragging a new selection (see 2nd attached image).
