Description
The page tabs in WebPositive should be sortable by simply dragging them to another position. Detaching a tab (as a new window) should be possible too.
Probably requires an extension of BTabView.

Closely related to http://webpositive.haiku-os.org/ticket/20, so I'll take this over too.

This is quite hard, and probably racy to implement with the current code. It can probably be done more easily as part of https://dev.haiku-os.org/ticket/17471.
I have been working on this a bit, but it does not work yet.
There may already be a ticket for this, but possibly over at mmlr.dyndns.org. In any case, WebPositive uses it's own tab view implementation.
