broblem compiling Haiku under itself.

it seems this was caused by the recent change to a different version of GCC2 (the Haiku system is a GCC2-Hybrid one):

Note that there is no /boot/develop/abi/x86/gcc2/tools/gcc-2.95.3-haiku-100712 directory. Instead I have a /boot/develop /abi/x86/gcc2/tools/gcc-2.95.3-haiku-100818 one.

You need to run configure --update in your haiku-gcc2 dir.
