[ProcessController] redraw problems — at Version 4

Description (last modified by jackburton)

I mounted R5 volume and started /R5/beos/bin/updatedb, then i looked in processcontroller, which showed [] symbols. After several seconds they disappear, but menu redraw wasn't correct, leaving white spaces.
