[Terminal] doesn't show alert on close

From already running Terminal start new one with attached app.

~> Terminal top

Now if you close this Terminal it won't show you an alert.

Also note that there won't be a process name in the Terminal window title.

Both is expected, as top is the "shell" you're starting the Terminal with. Either one or both could be changed easily. I guess for the title that certainly would harm and avoid confusion, if one opens additional tabs. For the quit alert I'm not entirely sure.
