[Terminal] doesn't show alert on close

Description
From already running Terminal start new one with attached app.
~> Terminal top
Now if you close this Terminal it won't show you an alert.

Both is expected, as top
is the "shell" you're starting the Terminal with. Either one or both could be changed easily. I guess for the title that certainly would harm and avoid confusion, if one opens additional tabs. For the quit alert I'm not entirely sure.
