#6939 assigned bug
ShowImage imposes weird minimum image size depending on window size

Description
The minimum image scale seems to depend on the current ShowImage window size. This has several problems:
- It is unexpected since seemlingly arbitrary
- Small images may not even be possible to be displayed at 100%, but only much larger
- When showing the image at it's arbitrary minimum size, then enlarging the window will keep the current size of the image, then zooming in any direction will first make the scale jump to the new (larger) minimum image size.

I'm looking at all ShowImage issues now and I'm not sure what you mean here. If you mean the minimum scale when zooming in and out of the image, it seems to be based on the image size to me (as it should be.) Could you elaborate what is wrong here?

(GCI-2012 Participant) Haiku revision: hrev44702. Still a bug. The smaller the current window size is, the smaller images can be zoomed out to. System: Haiku R1-alpha4 on Virtualbox 4.1.20 on windows 7 64 bit

Nice that you don't like it, since you suggested it that way to me on BeGeistert :-)
In any case, feel free to come up with something better.
