Webpositive - Popup creates a blank window and the content gets loaded in a new tab

Description
For examle go to the following ebay- link: http://cgi.ebay.de/Asus-Eee-PC-1015PEM-Laptop-Netbook-1GB-250GB-Dual-Core-/290503808178?pt=DE_Technik_Computer_Peripherieger%C3%A4te_Notebooks&hash=item43a36054b2
now click on the picture on the left side of the screen (it's an eeepc). Now a blank window appear. But in fact the picture of the eeepc should have appeared in this new window, which is blank.

then click on the photo of the product on the left side of the site. The expected behaviour is that a new windows pops with the "zoomed" photos. But instead a blank window appears, and the content that should be in that new blank window, is in fact created in a new tab of the old window.
