Description
When DHCP requests an IP address for a given interface, it should try to obtain the last IP address it was given as long as it is still available and not yet leased to another device.

This is actually a bug that is now tracked in #7346.

This is probably the reason I can't login to my school wifi. As requesting a new IP is probably what causes the login to reset. I'll definitly make a point to retest if this bug gets squashed.
