Description
ActivityMonitor's About window title is bold only at the beginning of the title (first 15 characters).

It looks like this is fixed by removing application name localization in hrev39876. I disagree this policy. You will see localized Haiku distributions with the localized application names in the future, if you want to continue by this way. For example, many Windows operating system users do not know English at all (like my 85 year old father who never learned English) and they do not have any idea, what this or that application is if the name is not localized.

Fixed in hrev39877 to support application name being localized or not, but unfortunatly it also means that ActivityMonitor translations needed to be fixed too now.
