I agree with pepol. After setting up a printer and - important - setting up the page, it does print.
Closing as invalid. Feel free to re-open if we missed the point, diver.

Maybe instead of "Print cancelled" it should tell you what is wrong, or even open the page setup screen for you.
Perhaps it should be re-opened as an enhancement ticket.

The problem was checked during GCI 2011. Seemed like a bug at first on hrev43238, but then I found out, that you have to set up page format in Terminal/Page Setup for it to actually allow you to print. But I have only tried it with 'Print to PDF' and 'Preview' pre-set printers.
