Loading resources broken

Description
Several programs show that loading resources seems to fail. Some fail to load their bitmaps (Menu, Mouse), and Fonts gives "signature in rsrc doesn't match constructor tag" and shows that the last 3 characters of the signature are garbled.

Font signature wasn't garbled, it was just wrong (it used to be x-vnd.Be-FNPL). Jack Burton has fixed Mouse, and Menu to no longer crash when they don't find their resources. Finally, he has also added the BMP Translator back to the image which was actually responsible for this :-)
