[PATCH] cosmetic cleanup of partition types

Description

a cosmetic cleanup of the partition types for the Intel partition map.

  • large number of partition types added (thanks fdisk!)
  • clean up what partitions can be created

Shouldn't there be ext4 too? At least currently (hrev39923) DriveSetup doesn't show my ext4 in "File system" column, nor I able to mount it.

This patch is for the partition type ID. (which doesn't have anything to to with the File systems themselves.).

ReiserFS/Ext3/Ext4/etc use the Linux Native type. NTFS uses the NTFS type

Think of the type ID as a sticky label on a plastic container (partition), the label doensn't *have* to match the contents.. it just should to keep things organized :)
