Description
This is hrev40155.
The option "Auto-raise" doesn't work. It should work like in LaunchBox, i.e. if the window is near a screen border, a mouse-over should pop the window to front.

I thought this was the case, however it does work but you have to manually move the applet closer to the edge of the screen becaues auto-snap only gets the decoration at 0px of the edge and not the actual application frame. I added a patch to fix this in #8188 (not realising this was here).
Also, LaunchBox's behavior is that your pointer has to touch the edge of the screen before it pops up, not just hover over the box.
