Description
Adding it as an issue as I will wait with this task. It should mainly involve getting info on how ACPICA wants the embedded controller to behave.
They say it should be simpler now, but it's a bit undocumented. We probably do to much atm. This also needs to be done for those with shutdown problems I guess.

Fixed in hrev42637 where we updated to ACPICA 20110623.
