Description
Here is patch with a new resource file that is needed for the working localized translators add-ons.
Because only some messages are localized, I tested the present localization with those messages. As you can see in the enclosed figure, "Low", "High", "None" are those already localized strings. In the enclosed figure I also tested the "Write", "Read", and "About" tabs by replacing temporarily those tab labels with the "ISO", "Low", and "High" texts.
