[ProcessController] uses hardcoded old app icon

Description

This is hrev40490, gcc4hybrid.

It seems that ProcessController sill uses old k_app_mini icon for some applications.

You can see old icons for /bin/bash -l and /boot/common/bin/sshd -D and several others in ProcessController menu. Could be realted to this comment.

So is there still a need for k_app_mini icon in icons.h?

I think AutoIcon.cpp is still using it as a fallback icon, and I forget to fix it there too. Thanks for the reminder.
