When the current page is loaded, the abort button is disabled. There is no reload button. Combine the two, so that the abort button becomes a reload button when there is noting to abort (ie when the page has finished loading).

Firefox does this, but when the button switches between the two states it is also disabled for a short time (I think about 1 second). This avoids accidental clicks while the button is in the wrong state.
I have thought about this before but have found that sometimes with browsers that have this I accidentally reload instead of stopping if the button changes right before being pressed. But that is probabaly fairly rare. I'll consider this and maybe see about adding a small disabling period when the button transitions to avoid this annoyance.
