Description
WebPositive is missing a menu or context menu to interpret the current page with another charset encoding.
For example, on http://perso.telecom-paristech.fr/~polti/realisations/shix20/ the French accent characters were shown as question marks. Switching between UTF-8 and ISO/Windows encoding might've helped.
