Description
In the new Time prefs' network time tab you can add an emtpy entry. Also, the text field isn't cleared after adding an entry. The attached simple patch addresses the issues, but I'm not confident enough to apply it myself - noob here.
[Assigned the ticket to Ryan as he was involved recently. BTW, shouldn't the new Time prefs be added to alpha3. The network time thingy is kinda neat, and maybe more testing reveals bugs not found yet.)

Fixed in hrev42097 with a cherry on top.
Learned a bit more about BTextControl and BTextView in the process, which is always good.
