#7727 closed bug (fixed)

Populating image file after building nightly-raw fails with "Is a directory"

Reported by: taos Owned by: brecht
Priority: normal Milestone: R1
Component: Build System Version: R1/alpha3
Keywords: Cc:
Blocked By: Blocking:
Platform: All

Description

Using r1a3-hrev42211.

When building a nightly-raw from trunk, populating the image file fails with:

Populating image ...
Error: Entry `/SVN/trunk/data/etc/bash_completion.d/./.svn' is a directory.
Error: Command failed: Is a directory
Error: Command was:
  cp -f :/SVN/trunk/data/etc/bash_completion.d/. :
.
.
.
/SVN/trunk/data/etc/bash_completion.d/yum-arch
/myfs/common/etc/bash_completion.d

This (or something very similar) has been experienced by someone else before. I can't find it mentioned searching bugtracker, so I must have read it in one of the mailing lists.

This issue might have been introduced with hrev42257.

After removing bash completion in hrev42277 nightly-raw images can be generated again. Thanks!
