mmlr created one for BeOS in 2004. See ​http://www.bebits.com/app/3911 and ​http://mlotz.ch/svg Assigning to him as he might still have the sources around ;-)

The sources are here ​https://github.com/mmlr/libbsvg. Probably needs some work before inclusion.
