Description
There should not be a need to change the Cc field. The reporter and assigned developer are kept up-to-date. This might obviate the need for #10 since we can just write a comment to contact the reporter.

Interesting...this already seems to work correctly if you set the email address in your Settings page. Maybe we can close this.

This can be enabled in trac.ini (section [notification]), but it can't be disabled (is that good?) and it currently does not use the email address specified in the database (instead of the username).
