B_FLOATING_APP_WINDOW_FEEL sometimes ends under the non-floating windows.

Happens for me with Cortex and Beam's error log. May be related to using Focus Follows Mouse mode. Entering another window make the floating disappear as expected, but they don't get shown again when reactivating, or they get visible but below the main window.
